The total amount the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord is $7,154.94. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) $300.00 on or before the 15 th of the month for the 3 months commencing on April 15, 2026, up to and including Jun 15, 2026. b) $500.00 on or before the 15 th of the month for 12 months commencing on July 16, 2026, up to and including June 15, 2027. c) $254.94 on or before July 15, 2027. 3. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period May 1, 2026, to July 1, 2027, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest.
