It is ordered that: 15. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before April 21 , 2026 (standard 11 days from the issuance date of this Order). File Number: LTB-L-005489- 26-HR Order Page 3 of 4 16. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $ 7,410.80* . This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the date of the hearing (up to March 31, 2026) plus pro- rated rent for April up to the termination date (April 21 , 2026) and the cost of filing the application.
