applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Ramandeep Kaur Waraich, Gurjit Singh Rai, Beant Kaur Rai and Gurrattanjit Singh RAI (the 'Tenants') because the Tenants did not pay the rent that the Tenants owe. This application was heard by videoconference on March 25, 2026.

It is ordered that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $17,686.00 for: a) Arrears of rent up to March 31, 2026 in the amount of $14,000.00; b) Rent due on April 1, 2026 in the amount of $3,500.00; and c) Application filing costs of $186.00. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) April 15, 2026 - $8,800.00; and b) May 15, 2026 - $8,886.00 3. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing on May 1, 2026. 4.
