The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $17,686.00 for: a) Arrears of rent up to March 31, 2026 in the amount of $14,000.00; b) Rent due on April 1, 2026 in the amount of $3,500.00; and c) Application filing costs of $186.00. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) April 15, 2026 - $8,800.00; and b) May 15, 2026 - $8,886.00 3.
