it is ordered that: 1. All issues in application LTB -T-000057- 26 and LTB-L-005277- 26 are resolved in LTB Order LTB-L-006890- 26. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 15, 2026. 3. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord any rent arrears owing up to the date of the hearing and the cost of filing the application. 4. The rent arrears plus filing fee owing up to and including March 31, 2026 are $6, 709.44. 5. If the Tenant vacates the rent unit in accordance with paragraph 2 of this order, the Landlord shall waive the total amount owing in accordance with paragraph 4 above. 6.
