applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict O'neill James Murray (the 'Tenant') because: • the Landlord in good faith requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $83.84 per day for the use of the unit starting July 31, 2024, until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 6. The total amount the Tenant owes the Landlord is $7,815.44, less any amount the Tenant has already paid. 7. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before August 24, 2024, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
