applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Beatriz Alvarenga (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant has been persistently late in paying the Tenant's rent. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before November 26, 2021, they will start to owe interest.
