Dispute this orderit is ordered that: 1.The tenancy between the Landlord andthe Tenant is terminated.The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 30, 2023. 2.If the unit is not vacated on or before September 30, 2023, then startingOctober 1, 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. File Number:LTB-L-079860-22<B-L-012037-23 Order Page2of2 3.Upon receipt of this order, the Court EnforcementOffice (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after October 1, 2023. 4.TheLandlord shall waive all of theoutstanding rent arrears. 5.The Tenantshall be permitted to use one parking space at the residential complex until the date the Tenant vacates the rental unit. 6.The Tenant shall leave the rental unitin aclean, undamagedand broom swept condition. 7.The Tenant shall provide the Landlord 24 hours notice prior to vacating the rental unitand the Tenant shall not inhibit or interfere with the Landlordconducting a final inspection of the rental unitafter this 24 hours notice is provided. 8.The rent deposit being held by the Landlord shall be applied to the month of September 2023. 9.The Tenant shall withdraw their application under Board file number LTB-T-073520-22 as soon as is practicable. 10.This order resolves all issues in the tenancyto the date of the hearing.
