Determinations

It is ordered that: 1. On or before July 31, 2021, the Landlord shall pay the Tenants $1,800.00 representing compensation equal to one month’s rent as required by section 48.1 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (Act). 2. If the Landlord pays the Tenants $1,800.00 on or before July 31, 2021, the tenancy shall terminate effective September 30, 2021, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by September 30, 2021. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenants $1,800.00 on or before July 31, 2021, the tenancy is not terminated and the Tenants do not have to vacate the rental unit. 3. If the unit is not vacated on or before September 30, 2021, then starting October 1, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 4.
