applied for an order requiring the Tenants to compensate the Landlord for the damage. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date. It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated, as of December 20, 2022. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before December 20, 2022. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $14,473.01, which represents the reasonable costs of repairing the damaged replacing the damaged property. 3. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. 4. The Total amount the Tenants owe to the Landlord is $14,663.01. 5. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $39.01 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from December 10, 2022, to the date they move out of the unit. 6. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before December 20, 2022, they will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from December 21, 2022, at 4 00% annually on the balance outstanding. File Number: SWL-39465-19 Order Page 5 of 5 7.
