This will be simple interest calculated from September 1, 2021 at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 5. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing* on or before September 1, 2021, the Landlord shall have the right, at any time thereafter to collect from the Tenants the full amount owing or any balance outstanding as a result of this order.
