It is ordered that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $11,846.12 for arrears of rent up to January 31, 2023 and costs. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) $2,000.00 (arrears) on or before the 15 th day of each month for a period of 5 months starting February 15, 2023 to June 15, 2023; and b) $1,846.12 on or before July 15, 2023. 3.
