applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Luis Conde Rosado and Maria Teresa Gonzalez Chale (the 'Tenants') because the Tenants did not pay the rent that the Tenants owe. This application was heard by videoconference on April 3, 2024.

It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of January 1, 2021, the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit. 2.
