It is ordered that: 1. Order CEL-05082-22, issued on September 2, 2022, is set aside. File Number: CEL -05082- 22-SA-AM Order Page 2 of 3 2. Order HOL-12368-21, issued on May 20, 2022 is cancelled and replaced with the following: 3. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated, as of December 31 , 2022. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before December 31 , 2022. 4. If the unit is not vacated on or before December 31 , 2022, then starting January 1, 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 5. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after January 1, 2023. 6. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $2,500.00 for rent for the period November 28 to December 29, 2022, on or before November 29, 2022, by way of e -transfer. 7. Should the Tenants fail to pay to the Landlord $2,500.00 on or before November 29, 2022, the Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $32,686.00 plus $82.90 per diem for each day the Tenants occupy the rental unit commencing November 29, 2022. 8.
