Owner contacts — several portal logins for one owner

Give a co-owner, a spouse or an accountant their own passwordless portal login and statement emails, without splitting the owner ledger in two.

One owner record, many people

Real ownership is rarely one person. Before, giving a second co-owner access meant creating a duplicate owner record — which split the ledger and broke the statements. Now an owner record can hold additional contacts, each with their own login.

Add a contact

  1. Open the owner and find the Additional contacts panel.
  2. Add the person's name, email and role (co-owner, spouse, accountant …).
  3. Tick receives statements if they should be emailed the monthly statement.
  4. Click Invite — they get their own passwordless magic link to the owner portal, greeting them by name.
  5. Revoke any time; the owner's own login is never affected.

What they see

Exactly what the owner sees — one shared ledger, one set of statements, one set of documents. Nothing is duplicated, so the numbers can never diverge. Statement emails go to the owner plus every contact flagged to receive them, de-duplicated.

Merging duplicates you already made

If you already created a second owner record for a co-owner, merging owners repoints their contacts and keeps the retired record's person as a Co-owner contact on the one you keep — so nobody loses access in the tidy-up.
