• Bills & Estimates — invoice-style bills posted to an owner, owner-approved quotes, and your management fee tracked as private profit.
• Leasing Fees — placement commissions with tax and co-operating-agent payouts, in their own section.
• Projects — renovations billed in stages, with materials, trades and a real profit figure at the end.
• Vendors — a vendor roster, dispatch, and invoice-accurate accounts payable.
• Management Fees, Owner Payments & Owner Payouts — chase your fees, match card payments to them, and confirm every owner is paid.
• Company Accounting — the Company Statement, Company Books, bank reconciliation, deposits held and a month-end close for your accountant.
• Owner portal — a read-only login where each owner sees only what you allow.
• Activity Feed — an append-only record of who on your team did what.
