Property Operations → Management Fees is a lightweight monthly checklist of the fees you're owed — separate from the full owner ledger. Each month it auto-generates one charge per active owner and fills in the exact current fee plus tax from the property's fee setting.
Work the list
- Mark paid / unpaid one at a time or in bulk; paid charges are frozen so they don't change.
- Override an amount for a one-off, then reset it back to the computed value.
- Switch months, filter paid vs unpaid, and see collected-vs-outstanding totals.
- Export the (filtered) chase list to CSV or PDF.
It reconciles itself
Owners who've already taken their draw net of fees are auto-marked paid, so you're never chasing a fee you've effectively already kept. The fee label summarizes across the properties where the owner is primary (or shows "Per property" when they differ).
