Capture leads (Lead Widget & pipeline)
Embed a callback form on your own website and manage prospective owners and tenants through a sales pipeline.
Add the widget to your site
- Go to CRM → Lead Widget.
- Copy the snippet and paste it into your own website.
- Visitors submit a short request-a-callback form, and each submission becomes a lead in your account.
You can regenerate the widget key any time; the intake is rate-limited and spam-protected.
Work your leads
Under CRM → Leads you get an inbox of every enquiry — name, contact, message and the page they came from — filterable by status and split by type (property management vs leasing / tenant placement).
Sales pipeline
The board view is a drag-and-drop pipeline (New → Contacted → Qualified → Won → Lost) so you can move prospects through to a signed door. (The board is part of the paid PM plan.)
