Why use it
Messages is your single inbox for every conversation — tenants and (for PM companies) owners — with timestamps and search. Far easier to find than scattered texts and emails, and a useful paper trail if a dispute ever arises. An unread badge in the sidebar keeps you on top of replies.
How it works
- Open Messages from the sidebar.
- Pick a conversation or start a new one; the other person is notified in-app and by email.
- Attach files, edit or delete a message, and everything is saved to the thread automatically.
The help widget
Need us? The floating "chat with us" button (bottom-right of every page) lands in the same unified conversation system, so support and admin messages live right alongside the rest.
