Broadcasts — one message to every tenant at once
Email and text many tenants (and optionally their owners) in one go, draft it with AI, attach files, and keep a per-recipient delivery log.
When you need it
The boiler is out. The parking lot is being resurfaced. Rent is due Monday and it is a holiday. Broadcasts (sidebar, under Messages) sends one message to as many tenants as you like — by email, by text, or both.
Send one
- Open Broadcasts → New broadcast (there is also a button in the Messages header).
- Pick your recipients from the tenant checklist — search it, or select all.
- Optionally tick also notify owners to copy each property's owner.
- Choose your channels: Email, Text, or both.
- Write the subject and message — or press Ask Ezy to draft it for you.
- Attach any files, and send.
Know it arrived
Every broadcast is logged. Open a sent broadcast to see each recipient and their status per channel — sent, failed or skipped. Recipients are de-duplicated, so a tenant who is also an owner contact only gets one copy.
Recipients who received it by text get a secure link to any attached files, since SMS cannot carry them.
It is one-way on purpose
A broadcast is an announcement, not a thread. Replies belong in Messages, where they sit on the right tenant's conversation.
