The Master Calendar — everything with a date, in one view

Lease expiries, N1 and N4 deadlines, notices of entry, inspections, maintenance, reminders and your own meetings, on one colour-coded calendar you can push into Outlook, Google or Apple.

Whatever touches a tenant shows up here

Open Rent Management → Master Calendar. It merges three kinds of event into one feed:

  • Derived (read-only, so it can never drift): lease expiries, N1 rent-increase effective dates and the 90-day notice-due deadline, N4 termination dates, notices of entry, inspections, maintenance and tasks.
  • Reminders you have set, mapped onto their category layers.
  • Manual events you add yourself — meetings, calls, leads, anything.

Because the derived layers are computed from the records themselves, a lease you extend moves its own chip. Nothing to re-enter.

Make it yours

  • Month, week, day and agenda views, with a mini-calendar rail.
  • Colour-coded My calendars layer toggles — turn any layer off.
  • Filter to a single team member.
  • Click a day to add an event; drag a manual event to reschedule it.
  • Recurring events, category emojis, and a bell popover for what is due today.
  • Print it for the Monday stand-up.
  • Link an event to a tenant, owner or property so it opens the right record.

Push it into your real calendar

Subscribe to the ICS feed and the calendar appears live inside Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar — no copying, no export. You can subscribe to the whole company calendar or to one team member's feed. A person's calendar means events they created or are assigned to.

Per-tenant calendar

Every lease page carries its own calendar widget scoped to that tenancy, pre-filled so anything you add there rolls straight up to the master feed.

Who sees it

The calendar has its own permission, so you decide which team members get it. Creating a notify event fans out in-app and push notifications to permitted team members, and emails the team at its lead time.
