The vendor gets a no-login job page
The assigned vendor receives a shared, secure link to book a slot, upload before/after photos, post progress, add their cost and mark the job done — without an account.
Approvals your way
Approval can be in-app, via a signed approver link, or auto-approved per your settings; you can serve a notice of entry from the same flow. Set up your vendor list first — it's the prerequisite for the "assign a vendor" step. (Maintenance is a paid feature.)
