it is ordered that: 1.The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before April 2, 2026. 2.In exchange for vacant possession of the rental unit on or before April 2, 2026, the total amount the Landlord shall pay the Tenants is $13,500.00. 3.The Landlord shall pay to the Tenants the amount set out in paragraph 2 in accordance with the following schedule: •Payment of $6,750.00 on or before March 10, 2026; and •Payment of $6,750.00 on or before April 2, 2026. 4.If the Tenants deliver vacant possession of the unit on or before April 2, 2026 and the Landlord does not pay the Tenants the full amount owing pursuant to paragraph 2 on or before April 2, 2026, the Landlord will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from April 3, 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 5.If vacant possession of the unit is not given to the Landlord on or before April 2, 2026, then compensation pursuant to paragraph 2 above will not be owing or payable to the Tenant s. 6.If vacant possession of the unit is not given on or before April 2, 2026, then the Tenants shall return any compensation to the Landlord that was paid to them prior to April 2, 2026 pursuant to paragraph 3.
