It is ordered that: 1. The total amount the Landlord shall pay the Tenant is $2,321.35. This amount represents: • $1,435.00 for the reasonable costs that the Ten ant has to replace property that was damaged / destroyed / disposed of as a result of the Landlord's actions. • $838.35 for the return of last month’s rent prorated for November 16, 2024 to and including November 30, 2024. • $48.00 for the cost of filing the application. 2. The Landlord shall pay the Tenant the full amount owing by April 7, 2026. 3. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing by April 7, 2026, the Landlord will owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from April 8, 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 4. The Tenant has the right, at any time, to collect the full amount owing or any balance outstanding under this order. 5. The Landlord shall make available the Tenant’s stove until April 27, 2026, for the Tenant or a her designate to pick it up at a mutually agreeable time. If the Tenant or her designate does not pick up the stove by end of day on April 27, 2026, the Landlord may dispose of it on or after April 28, 2026. .
