It is ordered on consent that: 1. The application and style of cause are amended to remove Zoharabibi Amin and substitute 1417199 Ontario Limited as respondent. 2. The style of cause is amended to the remove Rebecca Smith and Giovanni Smith as respondents. 3. On or before January 30, 2026, the Landlord shall pay the Tenants $18,000.00 payable to Robertson Boyle in trust. 4. The application is amended to include a request to terminate the tenancy on February 10, 2026. 5. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated as of February 10, 2026. 6. If the unit is not vacated on or before February 10, 2026, then starting February 11, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 7. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after February 11, 2026. 8. This order resolves all issues in the tenancy.
