applied for an order determining that the Landlord failed to meet the Landlord's maintenance obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act , 2006 (the 'Act') or failed to comply with health, safety, housing or maintenance standards. (T6 Application) An Adjudicative Case Conference (“ACC”) was heard by videoconference on March 25, 2026. Only the Landlord and the Landlord’s Legal Representative, Eric Spalvieri, attended the ACC. As of 10:07 a.m., the Tenant was not present or represented at the ACC although properly served with notice of this ACC by the LTB. There was no record of a request to adjourn the ACC.
It is ordered that: 1. The Tenant’s applications are dismissed. 2. The Tenant shall pay $200.00 in costs to the Landlord. 3. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before April 10, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from April 11, 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
