It is ordered that: L1 application 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of January 24, 2025, the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit. 2. The Tenant owes the Landlord $9,011.76. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit and the cost of filing the application. The Landlord owes the Tenant $8,048.00 (based on the T2 application). The amount owed by the Landlord is set off against the amount owed by the Tenant, and so the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $963.76. 3. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before June 30, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
