it is ordered that: 1. This order is in full resolution of all issues raised in applications LTB-L-080603-25 and LTB-T-90471- 24 and all matters arising from the tenancy to the date of the hearing. 2. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before July 20, 2026. 3. If the Tenants wish to vacate the rental unit before July 20, 2026, they will by provide the Landlords with seven (7) days written notice of early termination. 4. If the unit is not vacated on or before July 20, 2026, then starting July 21, 2026, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 5. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after July 21, 2026. 6. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlords compensation of $29.52 per day for the use of the unit starting July 21, 2026, to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 7. From the date of the hearing to the date the Tenants move out of the unit, the Tenants will not smoke in the rental unit or in the residential complex in a way that substantially interferes with the reasonable enjoyment of any other person in the residential complex. 8. If the Tenants fail to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 7 of this order, the Landlords may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
