(T1) •failed to meet the Landlord's maintenance obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the 'Act') or failed to comply with health, safety, housing or maintenance standards. It is ordered that: 1.The Landlord’s L10 application and the Tenant’s T6 application are dismissed. 2.The Landlord shall pay the Tenant $640.00. 3.The Landlord shall also pay the Tenant $48.00 for the application filing fee. 4.The full amount the Landlord owes the Tenant is $688.00. 5.The Landlord shall pay the Tenant the full amount owing by June 5, 2026. 6.If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing by June 5, 2026, the Landlord will owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from June 6, 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 7.The Tenant has the right, at any time, to collect the full amount owing or any balance outstanding under this order.
