It is ordered on consent that: Landlord’s L1 application 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 30, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before April 30, 2026 then starting May 1, 2026 the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after May 1, 2026. 4. If the Tenant vacates the rental unit on or before April 30, 2026 the Landlord shall pay to the Tenant $1,014.00 on April 30, 2026. 5. If the Tenant does not vacate the rental unit on or before April 30, 2026, the Tenant shall pay the Landlord daily compensation in the amount of $90.41 ($2,750.00 x 12 months / 365 days) for the use of the unit starting May 1, 2026 until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 6. The Landlord is authorized to deduct from the amount owing to the Tenant daily compensation in the amount of $90.41 calculated as ($2,750.00 x 12 months / 365 days) for the use of the unit starting May 1, 2026 until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 7. The Landlord or the Tenant shall pay to the other any sum of money that is owed as a result of this order with interest calculated at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
