it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated as of March 3, 2026, the date the Tenants moved out of the rental unit. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $6,555.65. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the date the Tenants moved out of the rental unit ($7,687.50) less the rent deposit ($1,281.25) less the interest on the rent deposit ($36.60) plus the cost of filing the application ($186.00). 3. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 2 above in accordance with the following schedule: • Payments of $100.00 on or before the 1 st day of each month starting on April 1, 2026, and continuing each month until August 1, 2031; and • a final payment of $55.65 on or before September 1, 2031. 4. If the Tenants fail to make any one of the payments in accordance with paragraph 3 above, the full balance owing becomes due and payable immediately and the Tenants will start to owe interest.
