The Tenants shall pay to Landlord $7,562.72 for arrears of rent to March 31, 2026, which includes the application filing fee of $186.00. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: • $945.34 on or before the fifteenth (15) day of each month starting March 15, 2026 for a period of eight (8) consecutive months until October 15, 2026. 3.
