it is ordered that: 1. The request to review order LTB-L-108772- 25 issued on March 9, 2 026, is granted. The original order and the interim orders are cancelled and replaced with the following: 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlords $26,814.28 which is $26,300.00 for arrears of rent up to May 31, 2026, $186.00 for the application filing fee and $328.28 for the sheriff’s fee. 3. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlords the amount set out in paragraph 2 in accordance with the following schedule: File Number: LTB-L-108772- 25-RV Order Page 2 of 2 • $1,200.00 monthly, on or before the 22nd day of each month for 22 months, from May 22, 2026, up to and including February 22, 202 8 • $414.28 on or before March 22, 2028 4. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with this order, the outstanding balance of any arrears of rent and costs to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlords pursuant to paragraph 2 of this order shall become immediately due and owing and the Landlords may, without notice to the Tenant, apply to the LTB within 30 days of the Tenant’s breach pursuant to section 78 of the Act for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant and requiring that the Tenant pay any new arrears, NSF fees and related charges that became owing after May 31, 2026.
