It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to Landlord $2,698.78 for arrears of rent to March 31, 2026, which includes the application filing fee of $186.00. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: 1. $600.00 on or before the twentieth (20) day of each month starting April 20, 2026 for a period of six (6) consecutive months until September 20, 2026; and 2. The balance outstanding of $521.00 on or before October 20, 2026. 3. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period April 1, 2026 to October 1, 2026 or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. 4.
