It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before March 31, 2026. 2. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $49.31 per day for the use of the unit starting April 1, 2026 to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 3. If the unit is not vacated on or before March 31, 2026, then starting April 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 4. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after April 1, 2026. 5. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $5,572.83 for arrears of rent up to March 31, 2026 less the rent deposit including all accrued interest and costs. 6. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) Starting on May 10, 2026, and continuing on the 10 th of each month thereafter for a total of fifteen (15) months, the Tenant will make equal monthly payments each in the amount of $350.00 b) The Tenant will then make one final payment in the amount of $322.00 on August 10, 2027. 7. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with paragraph 7 of this order, the outstanding balance to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord pursuant to paragraph 6 shall become immediately due and payable, and the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated at a rate of 4.00% annually...
