It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $384.90 for arrears of rent up to March 31, 2026. The Landlord waived the application filing fee. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a. $7.96 on the 1 st day of each month for 48 months from April 1, 2026, to March 1, 2029. 3.
