It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $384.90 for arrears of rent up to March 31, 2026. The Landlord waived the application filing fee. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a. $7.96 on the 1 st day of each month for 48 months from April 1, 2026, to March 1, 2029. 3. The Tenant shall also pay the lawful monthly rent in full and on the first day of each month for the period April 2026 to Ma rch 2029, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. 4.
