It is ordered on consent that: 1. The request to review Order LTB-L-108046-25 is granted. 2. Order LTB-L-108046-25 issued on March 11, 2026, is cancelled and replaced with the following terms: 3. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of July 5, 2026. 4. If the unit is not vacated on or before July 5, 2026, then starting July 6, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 5. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after July 6, 2026. File Number: LTB-L-108046-25-RV Order Page 3 of 3 6. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $11, 817.00 if the Tenant moves out by July 5, 2026. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the end of the tenancy and the cost of filing the application. The rent deposit and credit the landlord provided to the Tenant are deducted from the amount owing by the Tenant. 7. Should the Tenant fail to move out of the rental unit by July 5, 2026, the Tenant shall pay the Landlord: a. $15,817.00 which represents the full amount of arrears owing through May 31, 2026; and b. compensation of $73.85 per day for the use of the unit starting July 1, 2026, and continuing each day until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 8. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before July 5, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
