It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of February 15, 2026, the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $3,649.27. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit and the cost of filing the application and unpaid NSF charges. The rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit is deducted from the amount owing by the Tenant. 3. The Tenant shall pay the amount at paragraph 2 according to the following schedule. a. Commencing April 20, 2026 and on or before the 20 th day of each month until October 20, 2026 - $500.00; and b. On or before November 20, 2026 - $149.27. 4. If the Tenant does not adhere to the payment plan at paragraph 3, the outstanding balance shall immediately become due and the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from April 13, 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
