applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict William Franklin Yates (the 'Tenant') because: • the rental unit is the superintendent's premises and the Tenant's employment as superintendent has ended. It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated on January 4, 2026, when the Tenant vacated the superintendent unit. 2. The Landlord shall remove the Tenant’s items within the rental unit and store them in a secure place until such time as the parties can arrange between them for the Tenant or his authorized a gent to retrieve the items, the period of which shall not exceed 30 days from the date of this order. 3. The Tenant shall forthwith deliver the unit keys he has in his possession to the Landlord. 4. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $1,374.27, representing daily compensation for the period from December 17, 2025 to January 4, 2026. 5. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. 6. The total amount the Tenant must pay the Landlord is $1,560.27 . 7. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before January 31 , 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from February 1, 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
