It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before June 30, 2026. 2. The Landlords shall pay to the Tenants the balance of interest on the rent deposit in the amount of $46.00 on or before June 30, 2026. 3. The Landlords shall also pay to the Tenants the refundable key deposit in the amount of $200.00 on or before June 30, 2026. 4. The Tenants shall pay the Landlords compensation of $80.88 per day for the use of the unit starting March 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026. 5. The rent deposit will be used to satisfy the rent for the month of June 2026, which is the last month of the tenancy. 6. If the Tenants remain in the unit after June 30, 2026, then starting July 1, 2026 the Tenants shall pay the Landlords compensation of $80.88 per day for each day they remain in the unit until they vacate or the eviction is enforced. 7. If the unit is not vacated on or before June 30, 2026, then starting July 1, 2026, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 8. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlords on or after July 1, 2026.
