It is ordered on consent that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before March 3, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before March 3, 2026, then starting March 4, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after March 4, 2026. 4. The Tenant, Elizabeth Robertson, shall pay to the Landlord $1,368.75 which represents a specific portion of the arrears of rent plus costs for the period ending November 16, 2025. 5. The Tenant, Elizabeth Robertson shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 5 in accordance with the following schedule: • $100.00 on or before the 20 th day of each month during the period of March 20, 2026 to March 20, 2027; and • $68.75 on or before April 20, 2027. 6. If the Tenant, Elizabeth Robertson fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with this order, the outstanding balance to be paid by the Tenant Elizabeth Robertson to the Landlord pursuant to paragraph 4 of this order shall become payable on the day following the date of default. The monies owing shall bear interest at the post-judgement interest rate determined under subsection 207(7) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006.
