it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 30, 2026. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlords $7,968.32. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the date of the hearing and the cost of filing the application. See Schedule 1 for the calculation of the amount owing. 3. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlords compensation of $49.32 per day for the use of the unit starting February 27, 2026 until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 4. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlords the sum of $3,000.00, which shall be applied toward the total amount the Tenant owes the Landlords as set out in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this order, as follows: $1,500.00 on or before March 1, 2026; and $1,500.00 on or before April 1, 2026. 5. Should the Tenant fail to make any of the payments in compliance with paragraph 4 of this order, the Landlords may, without notice to the Tenant, apply to the LTB within 30 days of the Tenant’s breach pursuant to section 78 of the Act for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant earlier than April 30, 2026. 6. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlords the full amount owing as set out in this order, less any payment(s) made in compliance with paragraph 4 of this order, on or before April 30, 2026 the Tenant will start to owe interest.
