The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $13,351.36, for rent arrears to February 28, 2026, less the last month’s rent deposit, less the interest on the deposit, including two days use of the rental unit in March 2026. 6. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing in paragraph (5) on or before March 31, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from April 1, 2026, at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
