applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Michelle King, Jacob King and Noel Newell (the 'Tenants') and for an order to have the Tenants pay the rent they owe because the Tenants did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on October 31, 2025 with respect to application LTB-L-067919-25. It is ordered that: 1. Order LTB-L-067919-25 is cancelled. 2. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before January 17, 2026. 3. If the unit is not vacated on or before January 17, 2026, then starting January 18, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 4. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after January 18, 2026. 5. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $12,022.10*. (Less any payments made by the Tenants after this application was filed on December 15, 2025). This amount represents the rent owing up to January 6, 2026. 6. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $39.09 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting January 7, 2026, to the date the Tenants move out of the unit. 7. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before January 17, 2026, the Tenants will start to owe interest. This will be a simple interest calculated from January 18, 2026, at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
