Order LTB-L-105531- 25, issued on January 6, 2026, is set aside and cannot be enforced. • For a 12- month period commencing February 12, 2026: The Tenant shall not deny entry or impede access in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act and subject to the agreed facts above. 3. For a 12- month period commencing March 2, 2026: The Tenant shall ensure the rental unit is kept in a way that does not impede the landlord's pest control efforts and meets Ontario Fire Code Regulations. 4. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraphs 1 -2 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
