applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Jody-Ann Noble (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The parties requested mediation through the Board via the Online Dispute Resolution tool of the Tribunals Ontario Portal. It is ordered on Consent that: 1. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $3,186.00, which represents the arrears of rent and costs ($186.00) outstanding for the period ending February 28, 2026. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) $500.00 on or before the first day of each month starting March 1, 2026, through to and including August 1, 2026; and b) a final payment of $186.00 on or before September 1, 2026.
