applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Nareeman Khadem, Mushrifa Shamsullah, Zarmina Sakandari and Mohammad Sharif Karimi (the 'Tenants') because the Tenants did not pay the rent that the Tenants owe. It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $3,933.36 which represents $3,747.36 for arrears of rent and costs of $186.00 for the period ending February 28, 2026. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule:  $325.36 on or before March 15, 2026.  $328.00 on or before the 15 th day of each month in 11 equal payments commencing April 15, 2026, up to and including February 15, 2027. 3. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period March 1, 2026, to February 1, 2027, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest.
