it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit on or before May 1, 2026. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 2 of this order as follows: a) $2,000.00 on or before February 28., 2026 (arrears plus filing fee); AND b) $2,050.00 on or before March 31, 2026 (arrears); AND c) $3,459.84 on or before April 15, 2026 (arrears, less the last month’s rent credit). 5. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the lawful rent for the month of March 2026, in full on or before March 15, 2026 6. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with this order, the outstanding balance of any arrears of rent to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord pursuant to paragraph 2 of this order shall become immediately due and owing.
