It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $10,826.00 for arrears of rent up to February 28, 2026, and costs. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: 1) $800.00 on or before the thirteenth (13 th ) day of each month for thirteen (13) consecutive months, beginning March 18, 2026, through to March 18, 2027. 2) $426.00 on or before April 18, 2027. 3.
