It is ordered on consent that: 1. Pursuant to the Application, the tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before March 31, 2026. 2. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord any rent arrears owing up to the date of the hearing and the cost of filing the application. The amount of the rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit are deducted from the amount owing by the Tenants. 3. As of the date of the hearing, the Tenants owe the Landlord $6,632.77. See Schedule 1 for the calculation of the amount owing. 4. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $82.19 per day for the use of the unit starting February 19, 2026 to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 5. The last month rent shall be applied to the last month of the tenancy March 1-31, 2026. 6. If the Tenants voluntarily vacate the rental unit on or before March 31, 2026 as per paragraph 1 of this order. The Landlord shall waive the amount owing in paragraphs 3 and 4 of this order. 7. If the Tenants fails to voluntarily vacate the rental unit on or before March 31, 2026 as per paragraph 1 of this order. The balance outstanding in paragraphs 3 and 4 of this order shall become immediately due and payable to the Landlord, together with simple interest, calculated from the day after default.
